 This class counts as CLE: 3 hours. Satisfies bi-annual continuing VA CLE eligibility requirement for attorneys in all 50 states. Pre-approved for state CLE: AL, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MO, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX. Attorney will self apply in states not listed. Credits will not be accepted in DE, KS.

Attorneys accredited by the VA must take three hours of CLE within their first year of accreditation, and an additional three hours every two years thereafter.
